PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS
In the future, the Center will offer training for executives, managers, and supervisors who want to increase their knowledge and skills in specific areas. The format will be a half- or full- day workshop.
The target date for workshops is Fall 2008. Topics will include:
- Grant seeking and grant writing
- Logic models [PDF]
- Supervision (for first-line supervisors)
- Process improvement tools and techniques
- Project management
- Fundraising
- Volunteer coordination
- Change management
